SPE Conference Information

Below is the information for booking the hotel for the Annual SPE Conference this year

Hello SPESCers!



Regional conference is just around the corner and deadlines are looming.  For the sake of the conference planning team (a.k.a. Mike Peven and his crew of trusty students) please start firming up your plans.   



1 The deadline for reserving hotel rooms with the conference rate is Sept. 7

2 Let Mike know if you are submitting your work to the members show...or if you are a student or faculty, if you plan to send your/your student's work for the student show.  Just email him the basic info of your plans, # of pieces, sizes, artist, title, medium- this lets him do a little of the work ahead.  mpeven@uark.edu

The artwork is due to Mike by September 17- see website for shipping address.



3 Online registration will be open starting tomorrow.  Fees are reasonable, as usual.  We would like for people to use the online registration if at all possible.  Dealing with checks and cash is much harder to track, though we will accommodate you with a printable form if necessary.  Pre-registration deadline is Sept. 17th.  Save yourself some dough, and us some last minute work with your early registration!  The price goes up after Sept. 17th!  Details will be on www.spesouthcentral.org   starting on Wednesday.

39 th  Annual High School Shoot-Out Contest Results Here are the results of the 39th Annual High School Shoot-Out contest sponsored by Third Floor Photographic Society.
