Workshop Opportunity!

Hey everyone! NEWS! We will be having a feature photographer: Sean Berry with Sean Berry Photography & A Guy & a Girl Weddings out on campus April 24th, 2013! That is 3 weeks from tomorrow! Now this is a WORKSHOP, not a lecture. In other words... It will be $5 dollar donation a person for an evening of learning how Sean shoots/lights, and also how he processes. You will also get a pizza dinner for your five dollar donation. There are limited spaces available so please let us know if you are interested! 31st Annual High School Shoot-Out Results February 2, 2013 Dear Photo Shoot-Out entrant, The results are in for the 31st Annual High School Shoot-Out. The annual contest is sponsored by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Third Floor Photographic Society. This is a student organization of the Texas A&M University-Commerce Photography Division, widely recognized as the best photography program in the Southwest.     1,311 prints and 13 portfolios were entered this year from 12 high schools. The judges calling the shots were Amanda Chafe and Shelly Cervantes. Both are professional photographers in the Dallas area.   They are also distinguished Texas A&M University – Commerce alumni. Awards this year are certificates for all the winners. The First Place Junior/Senior Portfolio winner will receive a $500 scholarship should he/she decide to attend Texas A&M University-Commerce as a student pursuing a major in photography.
